Depending on the plan you choose, we work on a set number of active videos at any given time. Once you approve a video, we move on to the next one! Beginner Plans = 2 active videos at a time. Scale Plans = 3 active videos at a time. Pro Plans = 4 active videos at a time.

On average, videos that are 2 minutes or less (such TikTok's, Instagram Reels or Youtube Shorts) are delivered in 1-2 business days. Videos that are over 2 minutes are typically delivered in 2-4 business days. The amount of footage we are given to edit 1 video and the complexity of the edit will always impact turnaround time.

We realize your time is valuable, and you're hiring us as the experts. All we need are a few details + your footage, and we can take it from there! Also, ALL videos are sent through an internal creative review process so that you do not have to worry about being a creative director for every video.
